REAL Essentials: Relationship Education And Leadership

REAL Essentials is a curriculum developed to help young people navigate the challenges and temptations that they will face in adolescence. The curriculum includes fun, interactive and age-appropriate activities developed to teach impulse-control, self-regulation and personal power. REAL Essentials curriculum is designed to educate and empower students to form healthy relationships that will be the foundation for strong marriages and stable family environments.
Poor relationships in today's youth have shown to be the basis for dating violence and domestic violence, increased drug and alcohol use, school underachievement, increased dropout rates, depression, suicide, teen pregnancy, and crime. REAL Essentials is a solution to show our youth a path to building strong and successful relationships as they become leaders in our community.
In this fast moving world of technology, the human heart stills longs to feel connected, valued, affirmed, respected and loved. This well-designed curriculum is filled with lessons that touch and captivate the heart and unite us all as members of the human family.
